6 Ways To Connect With the PAC6
Santa Paula Art Museum visitors are loving the new exhibit, Vistas, Varmints and Vagabonds: The PAC6 Paints the Wild West, on view now through November 7, 2021. And we’ve got six fun ways to connect with the PAC6 during the run of their show! Saturday with the Artists: Laura Wambsgans and Sharon Weaver
Saturday, August 21, 2021, at 1 p.m. and 2 p.m.
Spend a Saturday afternoon with artists Laura Wambsgans and Sharon Weaver of the PAC6 during an exclusive tour of their exhibit. On Saturday, August 21, the two artists will lead 45-minute tours of their show at 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. Space is limited and reservations are required. The tours are included with the cost of regular museum admission.

Online Fine Art Auction Fundraiser: Bid on Artworks by the PAC6

The Museum’s annual Fine Art Auction Fundraiser is happening now! The 21 artworks up for auction include artworks by four members of the PAC6: Linda Brown, Marian Fortunati, Nita Harper, and Laura Wambsgans. All proceeds from the auction benefit the Santa Paula Art Museum.
Paint In with Laura Wambsgans
Saturday, September 11, 2021, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The PAC6 usually paint outdoors, but on Saturday, September 11, artist Laura Wambsgans will be painting inside the Santa Paula Art Museum. Drop in anytime between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to chat with Laura and watch her paint. The painting demo is included with the cost of regular museum admission. Reservations are not required.
Gallery Talk: Linda Brown, Marian Fortunati, and Debra Holladay

On Saturday, September 25, sit down with PAC6 artists Linda Brown, Marian Fortunati, and Debra Holladay as they share more stories behind their exhibit, including how and why they paint as a pack; what they’ve learned about painting the Western landscape; and their personal connections to the history of the West. The talk is included with the cost of regular museum admission. Reservations are not required.
Gallery Talk: The PAC6 Painters
Saturday, October 30, 2021, at 2 p.m.
On Saturday, October 30, all six of the PAC6 Painters will gather at the Museum to mark the final week of their exhibit. Linda Brown, Marian Fortunati, Nita Harper, Debra Holladay, Laura Wambsgans, and Sharon Weaver will sit down to reflect on their show, with tales about their past adventures and the inside scoop on where they’re headed to next! The talk is included with the cost of regular museum admission. Reservations are not required.
Art Class: Still Life in Oil – Essential Skills (Ages 16+)
Four-part Saturday class series starts Saturday, September 4, 2021, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Interested in learning how to paint with oil like the PAC6? In the upcoming, four-part Still Life in Oil course at the Museum’s Cole Creativity Center, artist Gabriel Islas will teach you the essential skills you need to know. All skill levels are welcome, and all materials will be provided. The cost of the four-part class series is $140.00 per person. Preregistration is required.
