The County of Santa Barbara released a second Notice of Preparation (NOP) and Environmental Scoping Document for an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) to analyze the potential environmental effects of a revised project description for the proposed Agricultural Enterprise Ordinance project. The EIR will consider the potential environmental effects of the project based (in part) on the comments received in response to the Notice of Preparation.
