Nationally Recognized Stage Show to Feature Broadway Star Bianca Marroquin, Last Comic Standing’s Francisco Ramos, Inspirational Comedian Ernie G and award-winning host Rick Najera
OXNARD — In collaboration with the Ventura County Community College District and Oxnard College, Rick Najera’s Latino Thought Makers Holiday Special will take place onWednesday, December 7th at 7 pm as the second show in the fourth season of the production’s residency at Oxnard College (4000 S. Rose Ave, Oxnard, CA 93033).
This year’s Latino Thought Makers Holiday Special will feature a live musical performance by BIANCA MARROQUIN (Roxie Hart in Chicago on Broadway, judge on Mira Quien Baila / Dancing with the Stars, Pequenos Gigantes, In the Heights +) accompanied by musician Bill Meyers, comedy performance by FRANCISCO RAMOS(Comedian, Last Comic Standing, Netflix, Comedy Central) and empowerment comedian ERNIE G. (Comedy Central, B.E.T., Mun2, Good Day LA) plus award-winning actor/writer/director RICK NAJERA (CBS, Hulu’s East Los High, Mad TV, In Living Color) will host the event.
The Latino Thought Makers series is a nationally recognized forum that showcases the careers of prominent Latinos in Hollywood. Featured actors and notable guests have included Edward James Olmos, Danny Trejo, Josefina Lopez, Luis Guzman, Esai Morales, Emilio Rivera, Lisa Vidal, Marco Antonio Regil, the family of Cesar Chavez, creator and cast of Hulu’s East Los High and many more.

Latino Thought Makers Holiday Special will take place at Oxnard College, Performing Arts Building on Wednesday, December 7 at 7:00pm at 4000 S. Rose Ave, Oxnard, CA 93033. Doors open at 6:30pm. The event is open to the public. Admission is FREE and parking in Lot H is FREE. A $5 donation is suggested to benefit the Oxnard College Foundation supporting student scholarships in the arts.
