SANTA BARBARA — Quinn Fiduciary Services, an estate management and professional fiduciary firm, is marking its 10th year in business in 2025.
Founded in 2015 by Jackie Quinn, Quinn Fiduciary Services specializes in trust and estate administration and in safeguarding the financial and overall well-being of seniors and at-risk adults. Fiduciaries Tamara Skov and Shannon Dalton purchased the company in 2023 and are now the firm’s managing members and owners, while Quinn remains involved as a consultant.
Quinn Fiduciary Services’ team of California licensed professional fiduciaries serves in various roles to support their clients, including as Trustee, Agent under Power of Attorney for Finance or Healthcare, Court-appointed Conservator, Administrator or Executor of Estates and Representative Payee. Regardless of the role in which they serve, Quinn’s fiduciaries strive to honor their clients’ needs and wishes with care, discretion, prudence and advocacy.
Quinn, the firm’s founder, has been a trusted figure in estate planning and administration for over 30 years. As an ongoing consultant, she provides invaluable expertise to the firm’s leadership team. Her dedication to ethical and compassionate estate management is the foundation of the firm’s success.
Skov and Dalton bring extensive professional experience to their roles as managing members. Dalton, a licensed professional fiduciary since 2020, has a strong background in financial services and insurance. She previously ran her own insurance company and worked as a licensed health and life insurance agent for Aflac. She holds two bachelor’s degrees from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the George Washington School of Business. She’s an associate member of the Santa Barbara Estate Planning Council.
Skov joined Quinn Fiduciary Services in 2022 after a distinguished career in healthcare and nonprofit management. She previously served as the executive director of the VNA Health Foundation, director of development at Sansum Clinic, and director of contributor services for the United Way of Santa Barbara County. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of California, Davis, and a California professional fiduciary license.
“We are incredibly proud to celebrate 10 years of serving our clients with integrity and professionalism,” Skov said. “As we look to the future, we remain committed to upholding the high standards set by Jackie and continuing to provide compassionate fiduciary services to those in need.”
Dalton added, “It’s an honor to lead Quinn Fiduciary Services into its next chapter. We look forward to expanding our reach and continuing to support our clients and their families with the highest level of care and expertise.”
