CAMARILLO — “Por El Amor de la Cultura / For the Love of Culture” will be presented from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7 at CSU Channel Islands in Broome Library 1320.
Join New Mexican artist Al Na’ir Lara and children’s author Kathleen Contreras as they celebrate their culture through art and books, organizers reported in a media release.
Sweet refreshments will be provided; art and books will be available for purchase.
The art exhibit “Cultural Restoration” will continue throughout February.
Parking will be free for lot A6 only (first-come, first-served). Otherwise purchase a $6 parking permit.
