Piru Gateway to hold grand opening of new community on June 15

PIRUPiru Gateway will host a Grand Opening of its new community on June 15th 2019 from 10:00 am to 12 noon. Guests can tour the new, fully furnished and decorated model homes while enjoying food, drinks, music and fun. County Supervisor Kelly Long will “cut the ribbon” at 11:30am to officially welcome new residents and buyers to Piru.

Located just 15 minutes West of the Santa Clarita Valley in Ventura County, Piru Gateway offers a mix of residences including 8 townhomes, 53 single-family homes and 30 rental units.
