VENTURA — Pacific Coast Business Times is having its 7th annual Latino Business Awards and for its second year, presenting the Pacific Coast Business Times Scholarship. The scholarship is a partnership between the Business Times and Ventura County Community Foundation.

The awards ceremony will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, July 10 at the Crowne Plaza Ventura Beach, 450 E. Harbor Blvd., Ventura. Tickets are $55.
