Oxnard Public Library to present ‘Oz’ Sanchez: ‘Know No Limits’ talk on Nov. 8

OXNARD— The Oxnard Public Library will host veteran and motivational speaker Oscar “Oz” Sanchez for a presentation at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8 at the Oxnard Public Main Library, 251 S. A St., in meeting room B.

A Paralympic gold Medalist and five-time world champion handcyclist, Oz is a living example of his personal motto “Know No Limits,” library officials reported. It keeps him focused and moving forward no matter what he is engaged in doing. But another purpose behind his motto is his desire to inspire others to live life to the fullest. Oz believes in people’s ability to overcome adversity and to pursue their dreams.

The presentation, part of the “War Comes Home” grant programming, is free. Call 805-385-7532 for more information.
