The Oxnard College Regional Fire Academy cadets, Battalion 35, had its Spring Semester graduation on April 9, at the college’s Camarillo Airport Fire Technology facility.
Congratulating the cadets were members of the Ventura County Community College District Board of Trustees, Ventura County Fire Dept., Oxnard College administration and the cadets’ professors.
The cadets began the ceremony by demonstrating the skills they learned during the academy training, including putting out an automobile fire. The cadets were joined by family and friends who attended the ceremony.
