SANTA BARBARA — One in five adults in America experiences a mental illness. There is no shame in asking for help. If you or someone in your family is struggling with depression, anxiety, or any other mental health disorder, know that you are not alone.
The Mental Wellness Center is running a support group in Spanish for individuals wanting to improve their mental health. The group meets every Tuesday at 5:30 – 7:00 p.m., at 617 Garden St., Santa Barbara.
All groups are confidential – what you share at the Mental Wellness Center stays here. Learn self-care and explore new possibilities.
The Mental Wellness Center has been serving people in Santa Barbara County for over 70 years by providing services to individuals and families living with mental health disorders. For more information contact Ramona Winner at 805-884-8440 x 3206.
