Oaxacan ‘Guelaguetza’ festival to be held April 17 in Oxnard

Guelaguetza, the traditional Oaxacan festival, will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, April 17 at Haycox Elementary School, 5400 Perkins Road, Oxnard, the Mixteco/Indigena Community Organizing Project reports.

Hosted by Club Ñuu Savi, the event features food, Oaxacan arts and crafts, and traditional dancers.
