About the Speaker: PROs Detective James Dillard has worked for the Ventura Police Department for the past 8 years. Prior to that he was a Probation Office for Ventura County and Studied Criminal Justice at Cal State Los Angeles. James has been recognized as a top officer and a leader in the various departments in which he has served. In the process he has earned several awards for his efforts.
