| The focus will be on the humanitarian dimensions of the war and how austerity, the energy crisis, and a host of other factors are coming together in this situation. Following the presentation, Christina Sanchez, Ph.D., associate provost for Global Engagement, will conduct a Q&A session.
Postl also is a lecturer at the University of Innsbruck, teaching public international law and international relations. His previous roles have included ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam; head of the Department for Multilateral Economic Affairs; ambassador of Austria to Armenia, Georgia, and Uzbekistan; Austrian Foreign Ministry member; head of Western Balkans Department ad interim; and ambassador of Austria to Iran.
