Museum of Ventura County update of Jan. 17 — New Exhibit Sneak Peek, Free First Sunday, Museum Survey, and more!

Major funding for these programs is made possible by the City of

San Buenaventura, the County of Ventura and private and community donors.

As the government shutdown continues, the Museum is offering free admission to all affected government employees and their families at both the Museum of Ventura County and the Ag Museum with proof of employment for the duration of the shutdown.

The Museum is in the process of gathering information to shape the Museum’s priorities for the next five years. We would really appreciate your taking the time to envision the future with us. Please share your thoughts by completing this brief survey. If you provide your name and email, you will be entered into a drawing to win one of several prizes that include a Signed Art Print by Ryan Carr, Museum of Ventura County Mug, Museum Collection Note Cards, and more!

Chris Hillman: Time Between opened on January 11th to ecstatic visitors who poured into the Museum and were treated to a visit by Chris Hillman himself! Tickets for An Evening of Song & Stories with Chris Hillman are SOLD OUT. For those of you who purchased tickets, we look forward to spending the evening of January 24th with you at the Museum. Chris Hillman: Time Between is open now thru March 31st, 2019.
