Explore the art of nicho-making with Elisa Torres, a featured artist in our InnoVision exhibition. In this workshop, you’ll create a nicho, which is often used to honor loved ones, particularly during Día de los Muertos. Elisa will guide you through crafting your own unique nicho.

Elisa Torres’s work blends Mexican and Latinx traditions with a deep celebration of community and collective memory. Her art transforms cultural identity into tangible expressions of heritage. This rare opportunity offers insight into Torres’s creative process, where participants can explore the significance of turning ideas into meaningful, spiritual creations.

Open to all skill levels.

Participants must be 12 or older, with adult supervision.
