SANTA BARBARA — The California Coastal Commission will hold a hybrid public meeting on Thursday, Dec. 12, 2024, at 9:00 AM to consider certification of the County of Santa Barbara’s Housing Bill Implementation Ordinance into the County’s Coastal Zoning Ordinance (Agenda Item Th12a).
The Board of Supervisors (Board) approved the Housing Bill Implementation Ordinance, Ordinance No. 5204, into the County’s Coastal Zoning Ordinance on February 13, 2024. On June 4, 2024, the Board authorized the submittal of the ordinance to the California Coastal Commission for review and certification.
