SANTA BARBARA — The Mental Wellness Center announces the addition of Scott Lochridge to its Board of Directors. Scott Lochridge is an executive and strategic advisor to multinational corporations, nonprofits, and early-stage companies. He has over four decades of experience working with CEOs and executive teams to create and scale highly effective organizations, develop dynamic strategies for growth, create new capabilities, pursue new market opportunities, achieve sustainable operating & financial performance, and lead major change initiatives.

Lochridge currently serves as the VP Strategy & Business Development for Deckers Brands, a global leader in designing, marketing and distributing innovative footwear, apparel and accessories. He has held senior leadership positions in a number of companies, consultancies, and marketing service companies including the Boston Consulting Group, Peppers & Rogers Group, Carlson Marketing Worldwide, DiaLogos, and the Cambridge Strategic Management Group. With experience working for clients in North America, Europe, and the Pacific Rim.
Lochridge’s industry experience includes consumer goods, financials services, high technology, telecommunications, retail, professional services, energy, automotive, financials services, as well as a range of other industrial and commercial services. Scott has a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford University.
