CENTRAL COAST – The Tri-County-operated emPower program has recognized several local contractors for their dedication to affordable, energy efficient home upgrades.
emPower teams with qualified contractors to assist interested homeowners in completing projects that will make their homes more comfortable, energy efficient and safer, such as insulation and furnace installation. emPower presented plaques of appreciation to six of its participating contractors serving the Tri-Counties for diligence in meeting strict efficiency guidelines and ensuring homeowners receive the right upgrades to meet their needs.

- N.R.G Heating & Air
- Progressive Insulation and Windows
- The Solar Energy Company
- Troy Helton, Jr. (recognition presented posthumously)
