VENTURA COUNTY — Oxnard College closed its campus at noon Friday due the the Woolsey/Hill; brush fires.
Moorpark College has canceled Friday classes as a result of the Woolsey Fire and related events. The Board of Trustees, Chancellor Gillespie, President Sanchez, and Moorpark, Oxnard, and Ventura colleges are following the situation and keeping students, faculty, and staff informed. CSU Channel Islands announces closure for Nov. 9
CAMARILLO — CSU Channel Islands was also closed Friday, Nov. 9 due to the Hill Fire and ongoing poor air quality on campus. All classes and activities have been canceled for Friday, Nov. 9.
The university ordered a mandatory evacuation of the campus due to the Santa Rosa fire on Thursday.
