Learn how you can free yourself from the day-to-day hassles and manage your time better. Determine what are your “Time Bandits.” Learn the difference between urgent and important, how to prioritize your day, get organized, say “NO,” and the easy steps to control your day and be more efficient.

Presented by Bill Gootnick, vice president of operations for Applause, where he helped grow the company from $7 milllion to $140 million in B2C Sales. Gootnick started, grew and sold four businesses, including one he started in his garage with his son that grew to 360 employees, 11,000 active B2B accounts and a 22 percent bottom line profit.
Each attendee is assigned a SCORE counselor to assist after every seminar for as long as needed.
