‘Lights, Camera, Education!’ panel to be held at Oxnard College on Dec. 5

OXNARD — Please join us for the First Annual Ventura County Community College District Entertainment Panel from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5 at Oxnard College Performing Arts building, 4000 So. Rose Ave., Oxnard, the Ventura County Community College District reported in a media release.

Hear the experts share their stories, experiences, and advice about the entertainment industry and the REAL Hollywood. Panelists will respond to audience questions.

Moderated by VCCCD Chancellor, Dr. Jamillah Moore, panelists include Ty Granderson Jones, Actor, Poet, Screenwriter, and CEO of Creole Celina Entertainment; Tiffany Smith-Anoa’i, Vice President of Diversity and Communication, CBS Television; Rick Najera, Director, Screenwriter, Actor, and Comedian; David Lyons, President of Lyons Locations; Adele B. Wilson, Managing Director, Streetlights Organization; and Marylin Bitner, President, Plan A Locations.

Ty Granderson will be signing copies of MUGSHOTS, a celebration of perseverance, raw talent, and rehabilitation.
