THOUSAND OAKS – The Boys and Girls Club of Greater Conejo Valley (BGCGCV) presents THE PRINCESS AND THE PEA: The Musical, a new twist on a classic fairytale. The performance will be held on Friday, June 28, 2019 at 6 pm at the John L. Notter Boys and Girls Club, 233 W Gainsborough Road, Thousand Oaks.

“While every show has its own charm and presence, The Princess and the Pea is a fun, new spin on a classic story, and I love how this particular script is the intersection of the old and the new,” stated Director Victoria Sayeg. “This is a culminating performance of a summer camp program, and I am taken aback at the talent within our community, she added.

Admission to The Princess and the Pea: The Musicalis free, appropriate for all ages, and advanced reservations are not required.

About the The Princess and the Pea: Eager-to-wed Prince Nicholas narrates the story of a classic fairy tale kingdom anxious for his royal nuptials. But there is a problem…overbearing Queen Minerva insists upon testing any girl who wants to marry her son, and not one is able to gain her approval. An irresistible, traditional-sounding score and a witty script bring the story to life!
