President Stacy Miller and Chief Strategist Gail Morgan, public relations professionals from Stacy Miller Public Affairs, will share their expertise garnered over careers spanning 30 years in political, non-profit and business public relations.
Participants will increase their understanding of local media relations and learn best practices for engaging with traditional media as well as social media opportunities. The presentation will be interactive.
“VCWPC is excited to offer a workshop that will continue to expand Ventura County’s leadership pipeline by providing quality training and tools for women to advance professional, politically, and personally,” said Lauren Bianchi Klemann, VCWPC Education and Training Committee Chair. “We are excited to promote this opportunity to learn successful communication strategies that will benefit anyone working for a political campaign, business enterprise or community service.”
