VENTURA — Ventura Trans Sanctuary has announced that the City of Ventura will host its first official Pride Flag Raising Ceremony at 4 p.m. at Ventura City Hall, 501 Poli St., Ventura.
This historic event follows the city’s new PRIDE Flag Policy, adopted unanimously in 2024, which ensures that the Pride flag will fly every June as a symbol of Ventura’s commitment to equity, dignity, and belonging.
Community members are warmly invited to attend this celebration of inclusion, hear from local leaders, and stand in solidarity with Ventura’s LGBTQ+ community.
