Through June 26 — 66th Annual Conejo Valley Days Kicks Off

THOUSAND OAKS — The 66th Annual Conejo Valley Days (CVD) will feature 10 days of carnival rides, food, live entertainment and line dancing. Through June 26 (dark June 20) at Conejo Creek Park South (23 Freeway/Janss Rd. exit) in Thousand Oaks. 

Kastl Amusements will operate15 rides plus midway games for all ages at CVD as well as offer traditional fair and specialty foods. CVD will also feature live entertainment with more than 10 bands scheduled including the Colette Lovejoy Band, Mirage (Fleetwood Mac cover band), Three Rivers Band, Rebel Heart, Psychedelic Summer (Woodstock era tribute band) and Rick Schule’s John Denver sing-along. During six nights of the festival, country music fans can show off their line dancing moves on the CVD Golden Horseshoe dance floor. When not at CVD, the festival’s line dancing instructor Kristal Lynn teaches and DJs at the BL Dancehall and Saloon and is the resident dance instructor for Country Night at the Canyon Club in Agoura Hills.

CVD entry is $10 per person and free for kids 10 and under. A limited-time promotion: 10 rides for $25, is available for purchase until 3:00 p.m., June 16 by going to https://bit.ly/CVDRides. Unlimited rides wristbands are available for $35 for use on June 16 only (purchased at the door). Onsite parking is $5. Drop-offs are encouraged.
