SANTA BARBARA — Leadership coach, consultant and educator Mary Jean Vignone, Ph.D., is launching a new five-week virtual group coaching program designed to help professionals lead with empathy, adaptability and integrity in today’s rapidly evolving, tech-driven world.
Titled EI in an AI World: Leading with Heart, the course runs through August 18, with live weekly sessions held on Mondays from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. PST. Participants will explore the key principles of emotional intelligence and learn how to apply these skills to build trust, inspire teams and navigate change effectively in the digital era. These abilities are increasingly vital as artificial intelligence reshapes the workplace.
Throughout the program, participants will examine the foundations of emotional intelligence, strengthen their ability to build meaningful connections and inspire positive change, and develop greater emotional resilience. They will also discover how to lead with empathy in digital environments and how to foster high-performing teams by leading with purpose and heart.
The course includes five live 60-minute sessions, an individual emotional intelligence assessment and one-on-one debrief, one private 45-minute coaching session and lifetime access to an on-demand video series for the program.
