VENTURA — The public is invited to attend a hybrid meeting of NOAA’s Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary Advisory Council in-person in Guthrie Hall at Ventura College with an option for joining online. The event will take place on July 19 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:25 p.m. Meeting highlights will include a presentation from the Chumash Community working group on recent events, a presentation on the Council on Ocean Affairs, Science and Technology at CSU Channel Islands, a discussion about the Advisory Council working groups, which include members of the public, and more!
