WELCOME BACK TO
OC LIVE!

OC LIVE returns to the Performing Arts Building stage on Tuesday, January 28 with a sparkling celebration of pop music! From the girl groups of the 60s to the reigning queens of today, HEATWAVE revives some of the best music ever made. It’s gonna be hot!

And that’s just the beginning of our Spring season!

HEATWAVE!
Emmy award-winning actor Obba Babatundé joins us in February for a conversation about life on and off the stage. In March we screen the film #chicagogirl and meet the director and star of this amazing story of protest and revolution in the age of social media. Also in March – and in collaboration with Associated Student Government and Classified Senate – we have the honor to meet the great social activist Carlos Munoz Jr., one of the founding figures of the Chicano Civil Rights movement of the 1960s. In April, WeSpeak takes the mic with moving stories of real life from our own students here at OC, and the Geography and Environmental Sciences Department hosts the Santa Clara River Conference. As always, we round out the year with a celebration of student work in the Visual and Performing Arts Student Showcase in May.
We are OC. We are LIVE. And we are always FREE.
