VENTURA COUNTY — Gold Coast Transit District (GCTD), the largest public transportation provider in Ventura County, will make adjustments to its fixed-route bus service on Sunday, July 31, 2016. GCTD is making the minor changes primarily to help improve overall schedule reliability and performance.
Highlights:
- Route 6: Additional midday weekday trip added
- Route 11: Additional late night Saturday trip added from Pacific View Mall
- Route 19/20: Will no longer stop inside St. John’s hospital parking lot. Closest stop located on Rose and Gonzales. The last weekend trip was discontinued.
- Route 8 & 22: One late night trip discontinued on each of these routes
- Route 18G Rio Mesa: Discontinued. Route 18E Pacifica HS – PM trips added.
