OXNARD — The Girl Scouts of California’s Central Coast is hosting “Descubre Tu Comunidad” (Discover Your Community) event from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sat, May 4 at Oxnard Plaza Park between C and Fifth streets in downtown Oxnard.
Girl Scouts is collaborating with local partners to connect with the community and raise awareness of the Youth Leadership Development opportunities available to the children and the families.
Enjoy a day of family friendly games, fun hands-on activities and entertainment, the organization reported in a media release. Join in the festivities with live music, food, prizes, games and crafts. Bring a friend and see how together we all can make the world a better place.
