Description: This mindfulness workshop will focus on a the Fountain of Youth framework and bring the audience to be more centered, balanced, and energized with this sequence of of mindfulness exercises.

Fernando Bôrrega, Master Practitioner of NLP, Hypnotherapy & Emotional Release
Fernando Bôrrega is a dedicated coach specializing in mind, body, and soul integration. In his 30s, Fernando faced significant personal challenges, including mental confusion, emotional overwhelm, and physical decline. His transformative journey began with group meditation, leading him to explore Pranic Healing, energy work, and chakra healing. Through these practices, he discovered the profound importance of investing time in inner peace, mental clarity, and life direction. Today, Fernando offers coaching and consulting programs, breakthrough sessions, and guidance for Arhatic Yogis and Pranic Healers, aiming to help others enhance their inner peace and clarity. |

Facilitator: Eric Adler, Ecologist, Soil Scientist & Certified Educator of Holistic Management
About the Evening:
An interactive, relational workshop that blends narratives about ecology, human wellness, the intelligence of sacred plants as well as movement with Qigong & Tai Chi. We will close with a cacao sharing circle. The event will be 3 hours long and 1 hour at the end for free social time.
Mother Nature’s natural processes for keeping life alive are nothing short of magical. And, as earthings, we are part of it as well. And, so what happens in us is also magical.
In this workshop, Eric will tell stories of how ecology functions, and then we will form breakout groups to integrate the stories. The groups will return and share their discoveries through spoken word, art, dance or in whichever ways come to them. We will incorporate movement in our time together with neo-shamanic practice of Qi Gong & Tai Chi. And discuss why it is neo-shamanic.
What to Bring:
We will be sitting on a wooden floor. So please bring items to make yourself comfortable, mats, back-jacks, zafus, blankets, teddy bears, pjs. Please eat a meal before you arrive, and bring a snack for break time.

| One of the key takeaways from the evening was the idea that the relationship between therapist and client is at the heart of healing. Research shows that successful outcomes in therapy are not solely dependent on the approach or technique used, but rather on the connection and trust between the facilitator and the individual.
Dr. Wolfson and Samantha Lau discussed how the therapeutic alliance in KAP allows for a deeper exploration of emotions, past experiences, and personal transformation. They emphasized that while ketamine can open the door to new perspectives, true healing happens in the integration process—the work done before and after the experience to ensure lasting change. |
