OXNARD — In an effort to continue to serve the community during the COVID-19 Outbreak, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Mandalay Beach Resort is now offering a “To Go” menu from their onsite Coastal Grill Restaurant.
The menu provides a wide variety of options including appetizers, fresh seafood, chicken & beef dishes and family-style meals for two to four people. The family-style options are $25 for two people and $50 for four people. Guests can select from a variety of dishes ranging from Beef Short Ribs, to Braised Range Chicken, Fajita Style Shrimp, and Vegan “Salisbury Steak.” In addition, a choice of two side dishes are included in the family options.
The “To Go” menu also includes a variety of fresh garden salads, sandwiches and mouth-watering hamburgers. To top it off, a selection of tempting desserts are offered including New York Style Cheesecake to Flourless Chocolate Torte, to Carrot Cake and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
A wide variety of local craft beers, mixed drinks, and red & white wines are also featured on the menu and can be included in the delivery.
