SIMI VALLEY — The EDC-VC and EDD will present “Get it Right from the Start — State Labor Law and Payroll Tax Seminar” from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23 at the Simi Valley Public Library, 2969 Tapo Canyon Road, Simi Valley.

- Common wage and hour law application.
