Economic Development Collaborative (EDC) — Sustainable Business Challenge

SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS CHALLENEGE
From the California Green Business Network
Do you want to save money and operate more efficiently? The California Green Business Network is pleased to present a Sustainable Business Challenge for businesses in Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties! For a limited time only, businesses are eligible for $500 incentive as long as they complete their certification by June 30, 2022. In addition to the $500, newly certified Green Businesses will receive free digital promotion, directory listing, a certificate and a marketing toolkit upon completion.
The first step in getting certified is to attend a brief information session with a Sustainability Consultant. At each session, the host will review the basics of the challenge and help business owners determine the first steps to take to successfully certify their business. Any business that is not currently certified as a Green Business is eligible to attend and there is no cost to participate.
The $500 incentive will be cash given to the first 20 challengers that get certified. The other successful challengers will be guaranteed up to $500 for approved purchases. The deadline to enroll in the challenge is Tuesday, March 29th, 2022 and there are only 100 spots available!
