California Small Business COVID-19 Relief Grant Program
If you have already uploaded all required documentation, no further action is required. If you still need to upload your Entity Documents (tax returns, ID and/or application certification) please finish uploading all documents by February 11, 2021.
Tips for successful document uploads:
- Use the link sent to you by Lendistry that contained your username and original password.
- Use only Google Chrome as your internet browser.
- To upload each entity document:
- Click on the title of the document on the left side before uploading the document. You may need to click on the words to highlight the document you want to upload. For example: To upload the government ID, you have to click “Government issued ID*” on the page and then upload.
- Click “browse” on the right side.
- In the pop-up window, find the document you would like to upload. Click on the document then click “open.”
- Lastly, click the “upload” button. The “upload” button will not change colors.
- You will need to repeat this process and upload each document into it’s own correct category.
- A best practice is to label your documents with the exact same category names to easily see if a document was uploaded to the incorrect section.
- Please upload your entire 2018 or 2019 tax return. If your document is too large, you can use a free online file compressor or separate the document into multiple documents then upload them all to the same category.
- If your document will not upload or you experience a long wait time you may need to clear your browser’s cache or use an incognito tab within Google Chrome.

Verizon Big Concert for Small Business
Application Window Closes Tonight, 2/9 at 8:59 pm PST!
Verizon has partnered with LISC, one of the country’s largest social enterprises, to support small business owners amid the ongoing effects of COVID-19 with $10,000 grants to cover eligible expenses including:
- Payables to include rent and utilities
- Meeting payroll (to include the applicant)
- Paying outstanding debt to vendors
- Other immediate operational costs
Eligibility is based on accurate and complete submission. Applicants may only apply for one business only and must be 18 years of age to apply. Each grant is limited to one individual/business. Non-profit organizations and prior awardees from earlier LISC Covid Relief Grant pools are ineligible.
Priority will be given especially to entrepreneurs of color, women- and veteran-owned businesses and other enterprises in historically under-served places who don’t have access to flexible, affordable capital. All awardees will have to certify that they are promoting the best interests of the community and are negatively impacted by the COVID-19 crisis.
