Del Pueblo Cafe presents Los Very Be Careful on May 29

Very Be CarefulSANTA BARBARA — Very Be Careful, back to Santa Barbara after 4 very long years!

A  Caribbean soul and a California heart have sustained two decades of ceaseless romp-downs and  raucous times for L.A.’s vallenato veteranos, inciting 10s of 1000s of men, women, children, and even some wild animals, to boogie to the Colombian coastal beat. If you’ve never had the pleasure of seeing Very Be Careful, the La Weekly sums it up beautifully, “Very Be Careful are bi-coastal Vallenato musicians infused with the kind of emotional retelling that influenced Gabriel Garcia Marquez so deeply, he described One Hundred Years of Solitude as a 350 page Vallenato.”

Additionally, join Del Pueblo as we bid a fond farewell to our waiter, UCSB graduate and amazing artist, Huicho Mata. Huicho’s artwork will be hanging during show and you will get a chance to take bid on some of his unique paintings . Huicho will be leaving SB to attend an art internship in NYC. Please help us send him off with a bang, have a beer, check out his art and boogie with us.
