SANTA BARBARA — One805 will host a tribute concert in honor of Alan Parsons’ 75th Birthday to raise funds for Santa Barbara County First Responders on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at the Lobero Theatre (33 E Canon Perdido St, Santa Barbara, CA 93101).
The lineup includes Alan Parsons OBE, Michael McDonald, Al Stewart, Joe Bonamassa, Terry Sylvester (The Hollies), David Pack (Ambrosia), magicians Stetson and Bill Cook, as well as special guests in an all-star musical and magical tribute concert to Alan on his 75th birthday.
Legendary engineer, producer and Grammy Award winner Alan Parsons landed a job at the famous Abbey Road Studios at the age of 19 and was fortunate enough to work as assistant engineer on the last two albums by The Beatles. After he qualified as a fully-fledged recording engineer, he went on to work with Paul McCartney and The Hollies among many others. But it was his contribution as engineer on Pink Floyd’s classic The Dark Side Of The Moon that really got him world attention. That soon led to striking successes as a producer – notably with the hugely successful Year Of The Cat album with Al Stewart and two albums with American prog rock band Ambrosia.
VIP tickets include a special pre-show reception, premium seating, as well as an opportunity to join the artist backstage for a special meet & greet.
Proceeds will benefit One805 and the First Responders of Santa Barbara County. One805 is dedicated to supporting First Responders. Many of the funds go toward equipment, 24/7 accessible mental wellness services for all First Responders, and disaster preparedness.

About One805 — In the aftermath of the Thomas fire and subsequent mudslides “One805” was created, hosting the largest non-profit event in Santa Barbara History – The Kick Ash Bash! It brought together actors, entertainers, singers, performers, and most of all, our community in a spirit of healing. First Responders and their families were treated to an amazing day where we were able to put the tragedy behind us. Thanks to the efforts of many, over $2 million was raised to provide counseling support to First Responders and purchase equipment to directly support victims of the tragedy.
All who would like to contribute to One805 to assist our local First Responders may do so at One805.org. 100% of all contributions go to first responders and related supportive services. Tickets and sponsorships for One805LIVE! Can also be found at www.One805.org
