The deadline is May 25 to apply for “Reina 2011 – 2012,” the Mexican Cultural Committee reported recently.
Youth must decendents of parents of Mexican heritage, must be residents of Ventura County, must be between the ages of 16 and 22, speak, read and write in Spanish.
