Evacuation Warnings are in effect for the following areas 6:00 pm Thursday, November 13 ? 6:00 pm Sunday, November 16, 2025:
- Mountain Fire Burn Area – Upgraded from Advisory to Evacuation Warning
- Matilija Canyon / North Fork, Camino Cielo
Storm Advisories are in effect for the following areas 6:00 pm Thursday, November 13 ? 6:00 pm Sunday, November 16, 2025:
- The community of La Conchita
- Camp Chaffee

What to expect:
- Coasts & Valleys: 2.00 – 5.00 inches
- Mountains & Foothills: 4.00 – 8.00 inches
First Wave: Thursday Night ? Friday Morning
- Moderate rain
- Expected totals: 0.75 – 2.00 inches
- Hourly rates remain below USGS Debris Flow Thresholds
- Flood Watch: 12:00 am – 12:00 pm Friday
- Foothills above Ojai along Highway 33 especially affected
Second Wave: Friday Night ? Saturday
- Heavier rainfall countywide
- Flood Watch expanded countywide: 4:00 am – 10:00 pm Saturday
- Updated totals:
- 1.5 – 3.00 inches for coasts & valleys
- 2.5 – 6.00 inches for mountains & foothills
- Rainfall projections continue to shift as the storm develops.
- A stalled or redirected storm could produce heavy localized downpours and unsafe conditions.
