OXNARD — The Consulado de México en Oxnard will present a special one-week mobile consulate services in Oct. 16-20 in Santa Maria and Oct. 23-27 in San Luis Obispo, officials reported Wednesday in a media release.
Services will only be offered for the issuing of passports and license plates.
