Healing Grief through Journaling
Camarillo Hospice, A Program of Livingston Memorial Visiting Nurse Association, is offering a six-week Healing Grief through Journaling Group on Tuesdays starting February 6th through to March 13th from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm.
Many of us don’t talk about our grief because of the reaction of others. We can find that even those people closest to us are unable to empathize because they haven’t experienced our loss. Journaling can provide an avenue to be open and honest about your feelings, thoughts, and experiences. This group will offer you the opportunity to write about and share your grief in a supportive and safe environment. Through discussion, support and writing, we hope members will grow in their understanding of their grief and find a path towards healing.
Registration Required.
