OXNARD — The 8th annual ‘Free Emergency Dental Treatment Event” will be held from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25 at California Dental Group, 305 E. Port Hueneme Road, Oxnard.
The Oxnard/Port Hueneme office of California Dental Group will be providing free emergency dental care as part of their growing annual effort to serve those who don’t have the money to go to the dentist.
The event includes fillings, emergency root canals, extractions, toothache treatments, and cleaning of infected gums.
First come, first serve basis. No appointments.
Realizing that many people are struggling in the current economy, California Dental Group wants to give people, who couldn’t otherwise afford it, an opportunity to take care of dental problems before they become more serious, and more costly, the organization reported in a media release.
