Take home a rare piece of California art while supporting the Santa Paula Art Museum’s arts education programs during our Fine Art Auction Fundraiser on Saturday, August 16. Bid on stunning artworks by historic and contemporary California artists, including Meredith Brooks Abbott, Jessie and Cornelis Botke, Robert Clunie, Paul Grimm, Douglas Shively, and many more.

The silent auction runs from 3 PM to 4 PM. The live auction runs from 4 PM to 5 PM led by professional auctioneers from California Auctioneers. Enjoy delicious hors d’oeuvres catered by Parque 1055while you browse! All proceeds benefit the Santa Paula Art Museum.

See You Next Summer

The summer season is coming to a close, and it has been a busy one here at SPAM. From Kids’ Art Fest and Kids’ Summer Art Camps to our popular Kids’ Paint & Sip and Kids’ Clay & Cookies series, our youth arts education programs have served over 400 children in June and July, and we awarded $2,100 in scholarships. Now our education team is shifting focus and getting ready for an exciting new school year!

August Classes

All skill levels are welcome, and all supplies are provided in every class. SPAM members receive 10% off all classes. Youth scholarships are available for families enrolled in the state’s EBT or WIC programs.

One-Day Wheel Throwing Workshops

Interested in taking ceramics for a spin? Our One-Day Wheel Throwing Workshops are perfect for beginners. You’ll get a feel for foundational wheel throwing techniques and create your own small bowls. The two-hour workshop is so popular that we’ve scheduled 7 dates to choose from in August!
