CENTRAL COAST — Dr. Steven Johnson is hosting the eighth annual FREE kids dental day, Little Hearts, Big Smiles, Thursday, August 17, 2017 from 1:00 to 5:00pm. Johnson Family Dental in Solvang, Santa Barbara, Ventura, and Camarillo will offer free dental care to children in need during their Little Hearts, Big Smiles event.
During this event, children ages 12 and under from 1:00pm to 5:00pm, will receive a free exam, digital x-rays, cleaning and fluoride in Solvang, Santa Barbara, Ventura, and Camarillo.
“Little Hearts, Big Smiles is a way for children in the community to receive the care they need, even if they slip through the cracks of the social service system,” explains Doctor Steven Johnson.

At this event there will be free orthodontic consultations for children, as well as balloons and prizes that will be given out to children who get their teeth cleaned. A raffle for two adult Disneyland tickets will also be held at the end of the day, participants do not need to be present to win. Also parents who are looking for a new dentist can take advantage of the free new patient exam and digital x-rays and make an appointment on this day as well.
