SOLVANG — The California Nature Art Museum (calnatureartmuseum.org) in Solvang will hold its annual free-admission, End-of-Summer Family Day from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 10. This event invites visitors to bring the whole family and enjoy free admission to the Museum and participate in a variety of art-and-nature inspired activities.
Attendees can create bee-themed art, pet a lizard, snake, or tortoise from Mahni’s Reptiles, enjoy free face or hand painting, visit with pets for adoption from the SYV Humane Society, and wonder at live honeybees in an observation hive from Santa Barbara Hives. Guests can also wander through the Museum and enjoy the exhibits of course! The annual End-of-Summer Family Day has something for everyone and admission is free with no reservations required.
