CAMARILLO — CSU Channel Islands (CSUCI) invites community members to a free open house celebrating the relocation of the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) and Extended University offices to Shasta Hall on Tuesday, Jan. 13, from 10 a.m. to Noon in room 1635.
Guests will meet campus leadership, enjoy refreshments, tour the new classroom, and offer availability for adults aged 50 and above to register for Spring OLLI courses. The 2026 Spring OLLI catalog is available at: go.csuci.edu/olli-26spr
Event Highlights
- Welcome Remarks: Interim President Susan Andrzejewski and OLLI Director Daniel Banyai
- Guest Speaker: Stacey Hart Rivera, Manager of Operations, Osher National Resource Center
- Tour Shasta Hall: Explore the new Extended University/OLLI learning environment
- Refreshments: Coffee and breakfast pastries for in-person attendees
- Student ID Services: Purchase a CSUCI student ID (OLLI membership and advanced notice of Student ID request required – activation requires 48 hours)
The guest presentation will be offered both in person and via Zoom. Free parking is available for campus attendees in Lot A4.
