Topic: “I Am The Breath: A Somatic Micro Experience”
Description: The breath is our first medicine. Combined with the subtle awakening of a microdose, it becomes a bridge—to deeper presence, expanded perception, and the quiet knowing of “I AM.” In this immersive workshop, I AM Knowing Co. founders Christian and Ella Light reveal how micro breathwork can harmonize to dissolve old patterns and awaken the heart. Together, we’ll journey through a guided breathwork practice and close with an open conversation for questions, reflections, and integration.
When: Wednesday, October 29, 2025 from 5pm to 9pm (Speaker at 6:30pm)

SPEAKER BIO
Speaker: Christian Light & Ella Light – Co-Founders of I Am, Medicine & Breathwork Facilitators
Christian and Ella Light are the co-founders of I AM, an organic mushroom edible company and wellness community devoted to helping people remember their true nature. Christian, a former attorney turned medicine facilitator, has served hundreds of clients in ceremonial settings, guiding them toward greater clarity, connection, and self-realization. Drawing from years of study in awareness-based practices, embodiment work, and nature’s medicines, his approach blends the practical and the mystical—offering tools for transformation that are both grounded and profound.
Ella is a certified breathwork facilitator and psychedelic integration coach with decades of experience in media and wellness, where she helped grow one of the first digital wellness and entertainment brands into a multi-million-dollar platform. Through breath-led practices and integrative coaching, she creates spaces for release, reconnection, and renewal—lovingly guiding others home to themselves, one breath at a time. |

RECAP: “Hacking the K-Hole: Hypnosis Meets Ketamine with Dr. Steven Roth”

| Dr. Roth began by breaking down the science and spirit of HAKT—a therapeutic approach that uses hypnosis before, during, and after a ketamine session to deepen intention, anchor insights, and accelerate healing. He explained how ketamine opens a window of heightened neuroplasticity, while hypnosis provides the framework to reprogram limiting beliefs and integrate new ways of being.
Then came the experiential portion: a live 20-minute G.I.F.T. (Guided Imagination For Transformation) hypnosis journey. As Dr. Roth’s calm, rhythmic voice guided the group through visualization and breathwork, the energy in the room shifted. Guests reported feeling deeply relaxed, emotionally lighter, and profoundly connected—an embodied glimpse into the transformative power of subconscious work.
The event left many inspired by the potential of blending science and spirit, consciousness and clinical care. As one guest shared afterward, “It was like discovering new terrain inside myself—peaceful, yet powerful.” |
