SANTA BARBARA — Cottage Primary Care—Goleta presents a FREE Virtual Meet the Doctor event on Thursday, June 26, 2025, from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m., featuring board-certified geriatrician Dr. Jayson Wright, who will lead a conversation on Healthy Aging.
The discussion will explore essential strategies for healthy aging, including ways to protect brain health and memory, strengthen mobility to reduce the risk of falls and manage medications safely. It will also cover the importance of utilizing advanced care planning and maintaining physical, mental and emotional well-being. Attendees will learn how to adopt daily habits that support a longer and healthier life.
