About the Evening:

This workshop will outline the 1-2-3-4 approach to creating body-mind health and harmony to optimize psychedelic journey’s for healing, psycho-spiritual transformation, and Higher Consciousness. The body is the physical vehicle by which the Soul experiences life and by which Universal Consciousness comes to know Itself and express its potential.

By creating body-mind-spirit harmony in our day to day lives we set ourselves up for deep, lasting transformation with the use of psychedelics.

This workshop will teach you the foundational elements of creating physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health as well as give you tangible practices to:

– Connect with the Love that exists at the center of your Being

– Clarify what makes you happy in life

– Create abundant physical health

– Use spiritual and contemplative practice to deepen your psychedelic journeys

– Unlock your body’s Fascial network

– Clear stagnate energy and emotions

All this along with a practical guide to preparing for, working with, and integrating psychedelic experiences into your life.

Facilitator: Austin Stone, Integral Men’s Coach & 5MEO-DMT Facilitator

Austin Stone, or “Stone”, as he goes by, is a Psychedelic Men’s Coach specializing in Integral Men’s Work, a fusion of holistic health, depth & transpersonal psychology, integrative psychedelic therapy, and men’s work.

After finishing his degree in Environmental Protection at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Stone felt there was more to protecting the earth than environmental policy and mechanistic science. He intuited that, to protect the Earth, there was a deeper, spiritual transformation that needed to take place in the collective psyche of humanity. He embarked on a journey of studying consciousness, the psyche, and its interface with the physical body.

HAPPY 4/20 FROM DISTRICT216

?? Happy 4/20 from District216 ??

Today we celebrate ? cannabis culture, healing, and freedom of choice ?? — but let’s also remember:

? Cognitive liberty is a right.

? The War on Drugs was rooted in lies.

? In 1971, Nixon placed cannabis on Schedule 1 claiming it had “no medical use” and a “high risk of harm” — both FALSE ?.

?? While many of us light up in freedom today, THOUSANDS are still behind bars for non-violent cannabis offenses, the majority over misdemeanors ???

That’s why we support the amazing work of LAST PRISONER PROJECT ?

They’re fighting to free every last person unjustly incarcerated for cannabis ???

? Celebrate today ?

? Stay educated ?

? Fight for justice ??

HAPPY BICYCLE DAY FROM DISTRICT216

Today we honor the legendary ride that sparked a psychedelic revolution! Albert Hofmann’s first LSD trip lit the way toward deeper consciousness, inner healing, and cosmic curiosity.

At District216, we’re endlessly grateful to live in a time and place where cognitive liberty is rising. ?? We’re here to keep dismantling the War on Drugs—brick by brick—with community, intention, and care. So that safe, sacred, and supported psychedelic healing is not a privilege… but a right.

To the seekers, the guides, the rebels, the researchers, and the dreamers—this ride’s for YOU.

Stay free. Stay curious. Stay lit.

Love,

District216 ??????
