With VCCDC’s Advancing Communities Program, you can access a low-interest personal loan of up to $2,500 and gain essential financial management skills! We believe that everyone deserves the chance to thrive, and that’s why our newest program aims to provide a pathway to empowerment. Our program, made possible with funding from the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, includes free personalized coaching and workshops designed to elevate your financial knowledge and confidence.
